Still going....

Well the decades just flew by ....

We have had Count Thurston for 15 years and he was a least 1 or 2 years old when we got him and he is still going strong. He has just 2 teeth left and 0 personality! Shall we see how long he will keep going???????




NICE TEETH!!! He is so old he even wore the black color off the end his nose from licking it too much!!! He is so weird!!!!!!!!

Nutcracker is over!!!

Well, She did it and she looked awesome! Thanks to everyone that came to see her. She had a lot of fun and she was very tired. We did have the great opportunity to get to know the Sugar Plum Fairy.



Olga from Sarasota Ballet stayed at our house while perfoming with us. She was very nice and kind. Thank you Olga for the great job and the gifts! We are now back to our regular hectic lives. Will post soon.

Tea Time

Anna had a great time at her " 5th Birthday Princess Tea Party" We had tea sandwiches and little cookies before we played pin the tea bag on the tea cup and sang " I'm a little tea pot" . All the girls were so cute. I still cannot believe that she is 5!!!

Johnny strikes up the band!

Well, after many years John has found his trumpet. Here he is practicing his scales. As of this date we have not scheduled a concert tour, but will keep you posted.

Well this year we had a unicorn (Anna), smarty pants (Austin), an ipod (Amber) and not pictured is a football player (Adam) (he wore a picture of a quarter taped to his back....get it... quarterback?!?!) They had fun and we now have too much candy in the house!

I cannot believe that you are 5. I can still remember every detail of the day you were born. I am so amazed by you. You have grown up in so many ways.

run...forrest....run....

Here is our cross country runner.... Adam. He can run 2.1 miles in 15 min. You may not be impressed with that but I must tell you that he does it of his owm free will! He is not being chased or even on fire! Can you imagine????

Wait.....tell again....I am going to be how old?

You have got to be kidding me.... I am going to be FIVE!!! It seems just like yesterday that I was a wee one living in rubbermaid storage bin in my Mom-mom's closet! October 29th is my birthday. On Sunday November 5th, I am going to have a tea party. I can't wait!

Yes, my baby is no longer a baby. I guess I should finally tell every one.... It is time for another one sooner than we think!
I am not sure of the due date. I will have to check with Katie; (she is having her first)since I not having anymore children! I can wait for grandchildren!. I am just going to borrow other peoples.

Birthday season is approaching

Well it started back in August with Austin but time is flying by as Anna, Amber and Adam's birthday's are all right around the corner.

Bass' Loaded

Well our son Austin has taken up an insturment. He has decided to play the bass. It is twice his size! Good thing we have a spare bedroom for storage

The battle has begun!

Well this week has led to some interesting developments... Amber has been asked to understudy 2 more parts in the Nutcracker!
She will learn how to be a solider in the battle scene and a girl who dances with Mother Ginger. After rehearsal on Friday night she was told that she will get to perform the soldier part in at least 2 performances! She was very honored and thrilled to say the least.!

No longer an angel

Nutcracker season had begun. Amber has two new parts this year. She will be a girl in the party scene and a doll in the second act. She works very hard and we are very excited to see her perform. We hope we will see you all there. The dates are November 17-19. You can call me for more info!!!
